Nicole is an experienced team member and has been working with us for several years in various roles at one of our corporate studios, including Lead Teacher, Key Holder, Curriculum Assistant, Assistant Manager, and Studio Manager. We are excited to welcome her as she takes on her new role as a Franchise Support Specialist at Kidcreate!

What Does A Franchise Support Specialist Do?
As part of the corporate team at Kidcreate, Nicole will be doing a variety of things. She will be providing onsite training for new studio owners. Additionally, she will be providing general Franchisee support and customer service. Nicole will also provide on-the-go class booking service – making sure our Franchisees have the support they need to grow their On-The-Go side of their business. She’ll also help our Franchisees with session planning.
With all her experience and Kidcreate know-how, it’s clear that Nicole is going to be a rock star for Kidcreate! We cannot wait to see what else she brings to the table as part of our corporate team.

A Little About the Kidcreate Studio Franchise

Kidcreate Studio started as a result of one mother’s frustrations about the limited art exposure in the curriculum for her young child. Founder Lara Olson’s son Jake was often frustrated by other subjects but lit up like a lightbulb every time he was in art.
Lara knew the value of art to build self-esteem in learners and looked for a place to provide that for her son, but couldn’t find anything designed for young children in her area…so she decided to create one herself. Thus, Kidcreate Studio was born!
