The first step is qualification. To begin, you’ll fill out a questionnaire providing us with some basic information about yourself. Once you are qualified, we’ll start sending you more information about Kidcreate Studio, including our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). We will also ask to schedule weekly calls with you so we can get to know each other better and so we can cover every aspect of what being a Kidcreate Studio franchisee looks like with you. This is also a chance for you to learn more about our system, industry, and what makes us a success.
Next is the Business Model webinar. During this webinar, you’ll learn more about the Kidcreate brand, available franchise models, our support and marketing programs, and more. This is a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the franchising process.
Then, you’ll review the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). The FDD provides detailed information about our company, franchise offerings, contracts, fees, and more. Once you’ve had a chance to review and understand the FDD, we’ll move on to the next step in the franchising journey!
Also during the education process you will be doing some market research. This is an important part of the education process! It helps you understand the feasibility of your market and the potential for your business. You will also get a better understanding of how our real estate selection process works and how construction support can help you. The market research will help you understand the potential for your business and make informed decisions about your future.
If you’re a candidate with promise, we’ll invite you to Minnesota for our Discovery Day. During Discovery Day, you’ll have the chance to meet our corporate team, tour a studio, and spend time with the founders. it’s a great opportunity to learn more about what we do and how we could work together. Within 48 hours of your Discovery Day, we will set up a final phone call with you to ensure that we are aligned on expectations and go over any final details. This call is an opportunity for you to ask any remaining questions, and for us to go over the next steps in the process. We want to make sure that you feel confident and informed as we move forward.
The final step in buying your dream business is signing the franchise agreement. We will go over the main points of the agreement and answer any questions you may have. Once everything is signed, we’ll give you a big congratulations and then get your Welcome Call schedule. The Welcome Call is the first step in our Launch Program!
