Your first touchpoint is a webinar where we introduce you to who we are — our mission, our belief that art is a vital part of every child’s development, and what the path to studio ownership actually looks like. We’ll walk you through our training and support structures so you leave with a clear picture of what partnering with Kidcreate means from day one.
From there, we’ll share our Franchise Disclosure Document. The FDD lays out the full details of our opportunity — the protocols, the investment levels, and everything you need to make an informed decision. We encourage you to take your time with it and come back to us with questions.
As you’re reviewing, we’re also getting to know each other. This mutual evaluation period is about fit — for both sides. We want to make sure Kidcreate is the right opportunity for you, and that you’re the right person to carry our brand forward in your community.
Once there’s mutual excitement, we get specific about your territory. We’ll research the viability of your desired market, looking at local demand and the opportunity for a Kidcreate Studio to thrive where you want to put down roots.
With territory confirmed, we move into background check and financial verification. We’ll connect you with our trusted third-party partner to run a background check, verify your finances and credit, and help secure funding pre-approval — a straightforward but important step before moving forward.
The final milestone before Discovery Day is your Executive Interview. You’ll have a direct conversation with our Founder and President — a meaningful exchange that gives both of you the chance to connect personally before extending an invitation to visit us in Minnesota.
Discovery Day is where everything comes to life. You’ll meet the full corporate team, tour our studio, experience our programs firsthand, and get an unfiltered look at the heart of Kidcreate. It’s one of those days that tends to make the decision feel very clear.
And then — the moment you’ve been working toward. After we walk you through the franchise agreement together, you’ll officially become Kidcreate Studio’s newest Franchise Owner. Welcome to the family.
